The Agriturism “Di là dal fiume” rises on the Commessera river, a real water railway, in the heart of the antique green oasis of Altanea Valley in the Località Brian / Caorle.

Less than 1 km from the beaches of Caorle, Porto Santa Margherita and Duna Verde, very close to Venice, the agriturism suggests you an interesting enrichment to the usual summer holiday and you might live in the nostalgic atmosphere of Caorle lagoon so well described and loved by Ernest Hemingway.

The Agriturismo offers a nice outdoor swimming-pool, rental of bicycles, parking, table tennis and an adjacent dock.

Nearby a few kilometers from the Agriturismo you will also find a riding-school, a golf –course (18 holes), a tennis court, bycycle pathes near the Livenza and Lemene rivers and the lagoon of Caorle, wind-surfing, the water park of Caorle and the thermal spas of Bibione. “Di là dal fiume” offers some harmonic and relaxing holidays. On request you might also join a boat trip down the Hemingway's lagoon of Caorle landscape. Other activities include bird-watching and long walks in the fantastic landscape.

It is a renewed cosy farmhouse that will welcome you in its 11 air-conditioned double rooms with bathroom and provided with cooking area (just for the preparation of breakfast; products are provided by the agriturismo) and 2 spacious apartments composed by a wide and bright living room with kitchen, comfortable bedroom, bathroom and TV.

Buffet breakfast, during the summer season it is served at the pool.

Travel information

From highway A4 Venezia-Trieste, exit at S. Stino di Livenza, towards Caorle. Follow directions to Porto Santa Margherita-Duna Verde and at the roundabouts of Valle Altanea turn right towards San Donà di Piave. Go ahead for about 500 m and take the blind alley on the right.

Agriturismo Di La' Dal Fiume A wonderful place to spend some days. Quietly and relaxing. The hotel gives you good value for your money and the staff is very friendly. Agriturisimo is situated pretty far from Caorle, but the beach is close, and we really appreciated the free rental of bikes.

Agriturismo Di La' Dal Fiume We were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchenette in our room. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, inviting us to help ourselves to their organic vegetable garden. The pool area also had shade and was very quite, perfect for toddlers.

Agriturismo Di La' Dal Fiume Sehr gepflegt, ruhige Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung. Beim Apartment "für 4 Personen" ist eines der Doppelbetten eine Ausziehcouch und eher unbequem.

Agriturismo Di La' Dal Fiume Tolle Anlage... die Chefin ist sehr bemüht... das Personal weniger... das einzigste Manko ist die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig...
