Located in the heart of Carmagnola, half way down between Turin and the Langhe District, the San Marco Hotel & Restaurant has re-opened after a thorough renovation.

A Convention Room for business meetings and product presentations completes the range of services offered. The 60-seat hall has audio-video facilities and offers the comfort required by a modern convention organization. As well as convention facilities, coffee-break and business lunches are also available.

The 20 Hotel Rooms, with their new sophisticated look where warm wood and modern steel are elegantly matched, now offer our guests all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay.

Either for smokers or non-smokers, each room is equipped with 17” LCD

TV (a PC monitor as well), free ADSL Internet connection, mini-bar facilities, a safe, a direct telephone line and a SKY package for the purchase of Pay per View programmes.

Two rooms offer hotel services and facilities suitable for disabled people, especially in the bathroom, which is airy and adequately equipped.

The Restaurant, with its new elegantly furnished dining halls, is now embellished with a Wine Cellar, the ideal place where to explore our accurate selection of national and foreign wines.

The San Marco Restaurant lends a suggestive atmosphere to a refined and innovative cuisine based on high quality food. Divided into two cosy dining halls, one of which for smokers, the restaurant can accommodate up to 50 people.

Our cuisine, which mainly specializes in local dishes but dares to explore international ones, is enriched with a Wine List enclosing the best of the Italian and foreign wine production.

Travel information

By car:

• From Torino - A6 Motorway (Torino - Savona): Carmagnola Exit. From the Motorway Exit, follow the directions for the town centre. Go past the double roundabouts, go straight on (Racconigi - Casalgrasso direction) for about a hundred metres. The Hotel is on your right.
• From Piacenza - A21 Motorway (Torino - Piacenza - Brescia): Villanova d'Asti Exit. Take the road to Poirino and go towards Carmagnola (SP129). Once you have reached the town, follow the directions for the town centre. Go past the double roundabouts, go straight on (Racconigi - Casalgrasso direction) for about a hundred metres. The Hotel is on your right.

By train: Torino - Savona line; Torino - Cuneo; Torino - Carmagnola - Bra. The hotel is at a 10 minutes’ walk from the railway station. Walk along the boulevard called C.so Matteotti. At the crossroads, turn right into V. Fratelli Vercelli. Go on as far the double roundabouts, turn left into via San Francesco di Sales. The hotel is 150 meters away on your right.
