Our house "Mother", the Hotel Serene Villa, is located, in center, in one of the most beautiful zones of the "city-garden" of Marghera-Venice. It has been recently renowed and this has exalted the old splendor of this villa veneta. It is 7 kilometers from the historical center of Venice, 500 meters from the station of Mestre-Venice and 1200 meters from the highway exit Venice. The hotel is equipped with every comfort and offes its guests also wide free private parking.

About the property Although our stay was short and the hotel was fine, it was not in a particularly nice area, being very clsoe to a busy road and a large industrial zone.

About the property To inform the customers if there are some differences between their requirements and the real conditions in the hotel. The inconvenients are referring to: the matrimonial bed (which is formed by two beds, not a single bed), about the bathroom (which is very small and is difficult to take a shower in a so small space) and the lack of glasses in the room (is difficult to accept plastic glasses in a so elegantly environment!)

About the property What a treasure! It was sad to have to leave the hotel for the day and go to Venice. It's such a nice hotel with beautiful views and wonderful staff. Everything from the room to the breakfast was perfect!
