In perfect balance with the style of the hotel, our 19 STANDARD ROOMS are all provided with bathroom with shower and hair-dryer.

They are supplied with direct-dial phone, Colour Television and ventilator. Internet wireless connection (wi-fi) is available for free.

In September 2004 we inaugurated 4 SUPERIOR ROOMS to fulfil the most exigent clients, interested in style and comfort.

We are particularly proud to present these bedrooms which are the result of a great research in finishing and furniture and we are sure that the resulting atmosphere will not remain unnoticed.

In the rooms, which are provided with bathroom with shower and hair-dryer, Colour Television, direct-dial phone, air-conditioning and safety box are available. Internet wireless connection (wi-fi) and high speed internet access (LAN) for free.

Area information

The strategic location is one of the strengths of our hotel.

We are just a few steps far from the heart of the city: after fifteen minutes walking or three bus stops (n. 27- every 5 minutes) You will reach the Town Centre.

The Railway Station is 800 Mt. far from the hotel, very close to the Fair Centre and the Palazzo dei Congressi (1 km), 200 Mt. far from the Racecourse.

We are about 500 Mt. far from Villa Erbosa clinic and 1 Km far from the CNR (National Research Centre).

The hotel is easy to be reached by car from the “Tangenziale” (beltway), Exit n° 6 – Centre direction (1 Km).

Bologna-Borgo Panigale, Casalecchio, Arcoveggio, San Lazzaro; Beltway: Exit n° 6 – Centre direction (1 Km); we are in the third street on the right past the Racecourse;

From the City Centre: Bus No. 27, Bus stop “Cà dei Fiori” (the first one in Via di Corticella);

From the Railway Station FS : Bus No. 27 in Via Indipendenza - three stops;

From the airport: 10-15 minutes by taxi, by shuttle “Aerobus”- destination Railway station, track duration 18-30 minutes.

From the Fair District: 15 minutes walking, Bus No. 10-35-38, Bus stop P.zza dell'Unità;

From Villa Erbosa clinic: Bus No. 11 in Via Fioravanti – 2 stops
