The ArtHotel Gran Paradiso is located in a unique position with commanding views over the Gulf of Naples. Orange, lemon and olive trees are immersed in beautiful green gardens where it is possible to enjoy the best view from the Sorrento Coast to the Vesuvius; the protagonist of this unique scenery together with the islands of Ischia and Procida.

The Hotel dominates the pleasant city of Sorrento. From the terraces, the bar and the beautiful panoramic swimming pool are perfectly integrated to exhalt the natural beauty.

The modern decor of the interior with leather seats with chromed trim sizes provides a pleasing background to best display the art objects and paintings of contempory artists. All this as you sip a cocktail and enjoy the magnificent sunsets that create a prism of light over the deep blue of the Mediterranean sea.

Embraced by the beautiful scenary of the Gulf of Naples, with view over the blue of the Mediterranean sea, our large panoramic swimming pool is unique in its gender. Our Glass- fronted swimming pool emphasize the relaxation of our guests. Its impressive position gives the opportunity to see the natural beauties of the Gulf from the inside of  the swimming pool. The colours of the swimming pool, combined with the comfort of our sunbeds and the shade of the parasols, allow to relax comfortably. The hotel provides towels. During summertime is possible to have a relaxing massage on the swimming pool side.

All the 100 rooms  of our Hotel are furnished with simplicity and style, creating a fresh and relaxina athmosphere, crucial characteristics for the relaxation and the comfort of our guests.

Every room  expose an original art piece from a contemporary artist, participating to our project “Art Hotel”.

The range of rooms upon availability are: standard room, side sea view room, sea view with window, sea view with balcony and superior sea view; the superior rooms are characterised by mable floor, a small seating area and a large furnished terrace, with view over the magnificent Gulf of Naples with its islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida.

It is possible to book Non smoking rooms, but also for smokers.

The comfort of the rooms respects the parameters of a 4 star hotel on the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Coast: air conditioning, Heating, Direct dial telephone, TV with Satellite channels, Safe, Hairdryer, some rooms do have jacuzzi shower.

Our Restaurant is the ideal place to spend a great everning with that special someone or with the whole family. The breathtaking scenery sets the perfect atmosphere.

Our “en plein air” bar suggest everyday a large selection of liqueurs and selected wines; our barmen suggest cocktails rich in taste and fantasy, to be relish as appetizer or as afterdinner, in a unique contest.

By Car: By car:The hotel Gran Paradiso is an easy place to reach.

• From the north :Take the A1 motorway until Napoli Station (toll). Once left the station follow the indications ‘Penisola Sorrentina’ until the exit of Castellammare di Stabia (about 27 km). At the exit follow the indications ‘Sorrento’ on the national ss145 for about 18 km. Just before entering in Sorrento center you will find a bridge in front of you; 50 metres before turn on the left following the indications “Hotel Gran Paradiso”.
• From the south: Take the A3 motorway until the exit of Castellammare di Stabia. At the exit follow the indications ‘Sorrento’, just before entering in Sorrento center you will find a bridge in front of you ; 50 metres before turn on the left following the indications “Hotel Gran Paradiso”.

By plane: The nearest airport is Napoli/Capodichino; from this airport is possible to reach Sorrento by using the Curreri's shuttle bus Airport-Sorrento, located just in front of the airport exit (the time table is mentioned at the page's bottom). For a transfer Naples Airport / Hotel and viceversa (distance from the hotel 55 km) is possible to have preferencial rates by calling our concierge.

By train:: From Napoli-Centrale FS train-station (Garibaldi Square ), take the Circumvesuviana train that in 1 hour takes you to Sorrento. Once in Sorrento Station it is possible to use our shuttle bus that reaches the city centre 10 times a day.

By boat: An efficient hydrofoil service is available in the Gulf of Naples. From “Beverello” docks in Naples, 10 times a day. In about 35 minutes is possible to reach the Sorrento coast at Marina Piccola (Sorrento docks). From Sorrento docks is possible to reach the train-station with Circumvesuviana buses (orange buses). From Sorrento train-station, take our shuttle bus that reaches the city centre 10 times a day. An efficient taxi-service is available in all Sorrento coast.
