B4 Verona Leon D'oro The location of the hotel to the train station and bus interchange is an advantage. However, the staff at the reception should be further improved, with ADDED smiles and courtesy. Our first encounter at the reception was quite dissapointing, in view of a long queue of customers, and only one staff to handle queueing customers. It was further accentuated by the same person who also had to attend to phone calls at the reception counter. It would go a long way for the reception staff to show more warmth and smiles to customers at the reception. We are sure this would be very helpful for customers to have a lasting impression of the hotel.

B4 Verona Leon D'oro We let the hotel know in advance that one of us was a vegan and although the receptionist acknowledged the information at check in, there was no suitable breakfast for a vegan which we found very disappointing.
