The B&B Hotel is a comfortable and prestigious boutique B&B housed in a well-kept seventeenth century building that is located directly in the heart of Rome. Conveniently situated between the Coliseum and Spanish Steps, the hotel can be found in one of the city's oldest quarters, Rione Monte. This area is well known for its handicraft shops, art galleries and typical Roman restaurants, and is also just a short walk from the city's most famous shopping area.
Managed by two young hotel managers from Rome, the reception of the B&B Hotel is available fro 07:00 am to 7.00 pm.
If you need to check in earliear than 07:00 am or later than 7.00 pm ,please call them in advance to let the B&B what time you will be arriving
We provide excellent services regardless of the nature of your stay; perfect for the business traveller, who after a busy day of meetings, will look forward to returning to the hotel to relax, while perhaps surfing the internet and drinking an refreshing aperitif, or for the couple who are coming to Rome for a romantic break and would like to be in a friendly, warm and enjoyable environment.
We can also reserve you a private transfer at very competitive prices to and from the airports in Rome.
All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, LCD television pay per view TV, mini bar, safety deposit box, air conditioning, high speed internet connection.
We have decorated each room with modern furniture, rich fabrics and warm parquet flooring. Also, we have added an extra touch by using precious Carrara marble in the spacious bathrooms.
Start the day off with little breakfast, start 7.30 to the 10.30 with coffee, milk, tea, juices and croissant.
This will help you to get through your busy day of exploring this remarkable city. We will gladly book an organized tour in your language, reserve your tickets for an audience with the Pope, advise you on what sights to visit and recommend where to find good typical Roman cuisine.

B&B Hotel Great location, near the central station and the colosseum. Rooms are small but very clean and modern. I would highly recommend it.

B&B Hotel The owner of the hotel is very friendly and was a wonderful host. The room was lovely. As seems to be the case in Europe, the walls are a bit thin so unfortuantely I got to hear the people next door fighting all night. The idea of getting breakfast and actually having it 'in bed' is excellent.

B&B Hotel The hotel had been refurbished, and yet the bed mattress itself was old and in poor condition, and the pillows were small and thin. The walls offer no insulation, so we could hear the couple next door very clearly. The breakfast is simpy, and is served in a narrow hallway with no seating.

B&B Hotel This is a very good hotel considered price and location. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are nicely decorated. Considered location: we did everything on foot. Breakfast is not what we're used to in Holland, but enough to get started. I would definitely stay there again.

B&B Hotel El sitio está céntrico, a sólo 5 minutos andando de Términi. La habitación es muy comfortable, tranquila, cómoda y está todo limpísimo. La gente que nos ha atendido en la recepción es simpatiquísima y muy amable. Nosotros hemos estado muy contentos y repetiremos. Os lo recomiendo a todos!

B&B Hotel The rooms are small but very well thought. Very comfortable, even luxurious, with little space. I loved the contrast between the reception and entrance -half destroyed and dingy- and the rooms themselves. Very good surprise.

B&B Hotel When in Rome, be very very careful when taking a taxi (especially from/to airports). Once the refurbishment of the entire building will be finished, the hotel offers very good location and room standard at very affordable price. Breakfast was served in the local coffee bar accross the street. If we will go to Rome again we will try to stay in the same hotel for sure.

B&B Hotel Muy céntrico, muy buen trato. Habitaciones pequeñas pero muy nuevas y limpias. Desayuno simple pero correcto. Buena relación calidad/precio si buscas una habitación solo para dormir y patear Roma. ... si vuelvo a Roma repito hotel. Lo recomendaré a mis amigos !!

B&B Hotel El hotel en general a mi me ha gustado. Las habitaciones son nuevas y limpias. Para el desayuno no hay una sala con mesas, que seria lo normal, tienen una barra en la que te sirves tu mismo del bufett y te puedes llevar el desayuno en una bandeja para tu habitación, detalle que a mi ni me a importado incluso mejor pq no tienes pq ducharte y prepararte para ir a desayunar, yo iba en pijama recien levantada y cogia mi desayuno para la habitación. Lo que a mi me parecio un poco peculiar es que el hotel esta compuesto solo por un piso. en el piso de arriba hay viviendas, pero lo que es la parte del hotel esta todo muy arreglado. He podido ver a los tres chicos que atienden en recepción y todos ellos han sido muy agradables. La limpieza es buena, incluso una mañana salimos algo tarde de la habitación y aun asi nos la recogieron y limpiaron igualmente. Lo unico que no me ha gustado del hotel es el olor del gel que olia como a un producto de limpieza que ahora no recuerdo como se llama.

B&B Hotel Un buen hotel, si no se mira el exterior (nada de hall, ni ascensor,...). Las habitaciones son nuevas y confortables, y a un buen precio (lo mejor, por lo menos en temporada baja). Pero nada más (ni desayuno: un café de termo y de pie, mejor ir a un bar).

B&B Hotel Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable y habitaciones comfortables y con mobiliario nuevo, aunque pequeñas. La relación calidad/precio es muy buena, así que no lo dudéis y si vais a Roma cogerlo. Además la zona es muy agradable en cuanto a restaurantes y cercanía a los sitios de interés turístico. La parte externa del hotel está en reformas, pero no os dejéis llevar por las apariencias.
