By Car

From Malpensa Airport you take the superstrada towards Milan, you exit at the second Cardano exit (Cardano - Ferno, immediately after the Agip gas station), then follow the signs, the Hotel is 50 metres from the exit.

From Milan, take the A8 highway in direction of Varese, exit at Busto Arsizio. Take the superstrada towards Malpensa, exit at Cardano - Ferno. Follow the signs, the Hotel is 50 metres from the exit.

By public transport

From Milan: take a train or bus to Malpensa Airport from Cadorna station.

Once you arrive at Malpensa Airport you can either take a taxi to the Hotel or you can call us and we will send our shuttle if it is available.

About the property The hotel is a perfectly adequate hotel for what it is - a place to stay near Malpensa for a flight out the next morning. The room was clean, good size, quiet and dark. That being said I don't understand the "attitude" of the "suit" at the front desk when we checked in. Is that something they're born with or is it developed over time? It's not as if he is major domo of the Westin Europa in Venice. The other staff were perfectly kind but this man brought the whole property down.

About the property The hotel was the PERFECT place to stay the night before an early flight out of Malpensa. It was close to the airport and had a complimentary shuttle service to the terminal. The service personnel were fluent in English and very helpful.

About the property Need better directions to hotel online. Hotel seems more like a 2 or 3 star than a 4 star. Pool should stay open later. Dinner just average, Breakfast excellent. Computers were down which was inconvenient. Rooms clean, beds very hard but comfortable.

About the property Rooms were comfortable but quite small. We stayed there to be close to the airport for a flight the next morning, and found that the hotel suited our needs. The hotel might need to invest in a second airport shuttle van, since it apparently fills up very quickly during the prime morning hours (maybe afternoon too, but we only experienced morning); my family had to go to the airport on two separate shuttle rides a half hour apart.

About the property I really enjoyed my stay here. Especially because of the staff, the facility and the location of the hotel. I was wondering if there are shuttle services to the airport that would have been a great plus. nevertheless, the hotel was great and pleasing also the customer services.

About the property The receptionist was cold and very unfriendly (didn't smile once). She is the first person with whom a guest comes into contact and is responsible for the first impression of the hotel. Also, the drainage system in the room (206) was poor, neither the sink nor the bath drained adequately. On the other hand, the shuttle service to the airport was excellent; prompt and friendly.
