About the property The cleaning staff were very friendly. I found that the people at the front desk were very unhelpful. When you asked them a question, it was as if it was a huge effort to give a reply. They didn't explain how the key card activates the lights in the room. There was a coffee bar in the lobby that is supposed to serve guests 24 hours a day and no one was ever there. When I asked the front desk for help they couldn't be bothered. The meal I had from the restuarant for supper was wonderful and the service then was very good.

About the property Was disappointed by the location on a busy road away from the main town centre. Decor was dated and dingy. A kettle in the room would have been appreciated.
