Best Western Hotel Mediterraneo The overall satisfaction level is very good. The only minus that I would like to note is that the wireless internet is free for just one day and that it's not their own. They offer a free day of wireless internet to a big internet provider.

Best Western Hotel Mediterraneo As you can see from the above we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The only problem was that it is a bit out of the main street of Catania. To reach the hotel from Via Etneaone has to go up a flight of steep steps or go uphill for about 10 minutes. My wife, who suffers from heart problems, found it difficult to take these ways. We found an alternative of going to the train station and catch a bus which runs every 30 minutes and passes very near the hotel. But to be honest this is a hassel. Otherwise the hotel was excellent. I have been to other Best Western hotels and all offer good service.

Best Western Hotel Mediterraneo Our rooom was lovely. extra blankets provided for those of us who got cold at night. We appreciated the adjustment made to the bill after we cancelled one of our party who had broken her leg and was in a hospital in Cefalu. We had a little bit of a difficult time finding the hotel, mainly because of the language differences.
