About the property the hotel's shuttle service to Malpensa airport is offered only every 1 hour, only in the morning and limited to max 7 persons each time, they dont do extra run when there are more people, so we had to go to the airport very early in the morning since it was fully booked. we didn't get any coffee or tea thought it's mentioned in the brouchure that you get free cofee and tea in the room until we asked for some, and we were given just one portion each. The shower was not providing sufficient amount of water, so it took a while to wash away bubbles from shampoo and soap.

About the property the staff was not friendly. on the website it says airport transfer available on request. this service is only offered for a limited time in the morning and only for airport drop - off.. there was no airport pick up service available.

About the property It was the perfect location for Malpensa Airport.We arrived late afternoon and caught our plane the following morning.The Hotel Shuttlebus was operating early morning otherwise it had to be a taxi.A good,clean hotel perfect for the business travellers who frequent it.I would recommend it for travellers awaiting flights and who don't want to stay in Milan; which is approximately 40klms away.As we were coming from a western direction, it well suited our travel- plans.There isn't a lot to do in this industrialised area so I would recommend arriving late in the day!

About the property Too much noise in the room from the hotel during evening and night. The discription said it was a sound proof room, but this was not the situation. We were awaked many times by noise at the hotel.

About the property The only thing for giving it only 9 for "over all" is the location :) We had to take a taxi from the airport as the shuttle is only available early in the morning. And actually the location itself is nice, Gallarate is a very quiet town with very nice people. But other than that, it's a great hotel. Thank you again!
