Borgo Le Cinischie represents an ideal point of departure to visit
beautiful historical centres such as: Todi, Assisi, Spoleto and
Orvieto.
Tosca: This house measures approximately 170 ms² and is suitable for 5 people. First
floor: double door entrance. Large living room with fireplace, dining
area, kitchen, access to external eating area. Double bedroom, single
bedroom, bathroom with shower. Tower: internal staircase, living area with access to external sun terrace, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Two private external areas, private parking. Communal external area, swimming pool and B.B.Q. The house is equipped with satellite T.V., internet access, alarm system and video-intercom. The kitchen is equipped with: gas cooker hob, cooker-hood, electric fan-assisted oven, refrigerator with freezer.
The basic service includes a daily breakfast pack (biscuits, croissants, milk, coffee, tea) directly served in the house.
Borgo Le Cinischie is situated few kilometres away from
Collazzone, 25 km South of Perugia, in the green heart of Umbria, only
a short distance away from all the cities of Art.
