A Congress Centre that meets the needs of diverse events. The 'Sala Dei Gaddi', the 'Salone delle Feste' and our other splendid meeting rooms, all provide the flexibility to adaptto all kinds of specific needs.

The hotel operates a shuttle service to the Railway, the B4 Firenze Granducato and viceversa, available seven days a week. At the cost of EUR 5.00 per persons (for each journey).

Choose among the Astoria's 98 rooms. You can opt for the comfortable warmth of a Classic, or perhaps you'd prefer a more spacious Deluxe, with a view of the Duomo or the historic centre. The 7 Junior Suites are configured with a separate sleeping area and a dayroom. Some of them offer the luxury of a private terrace overlooking the city

Unexpected culinary delights await you at our restaurant, the Palazzo Gaddi. Professionals of the palate combine Mediterranean dishes with the inventiveness of nouvelle cuisine, a felicitous marriage that you never would have imagined to encounter in Florence, a touch of the new that adds a bit of flair to our otherwise classic style of hospitality. Weather permitting, you can also enjoy these innovative flavours in our garden.

Adjacent to the restaurant is a space dedicated entirely to the vintner's art: the Agorà Wine Bar, faithful to the great Tuscan wine-making tradition, takes you on a gustatory adventure among robust reds, delicate whites and delicious antipasti. Open also to outside clients, the Agorà carries on the Palazzo's long tradition as a classic Florentine meeting place.

Or if you prefer a more reserved atmosphere, enjoy the quiet elegance of the Arrighetti Lounge, where your drink is served in the presence of 15th-century frescoes and rustic Florentine medallions.

When you want your moment of respite to be truly unforgettable, visit our terrace: a magnificent and exclusive space from whence you can take in the Duomo and all the main sites of the historic city centre, seated comfortably, perhaps with a cocktail. From the highway

• From the south, take the Firenze Certosa exit, then follow the signs for the Stazione Centrale.
• From the north, take the Firenze Nord exit and then follow the signs for the Stazione Centrale.

From the Santa Maria Novella Station:

• The Santa Maria Novella station is 300 m from the Astoria. By taxi approximately 5 minutes, or by foot take Via Panzani and then turn left on the first street.

From the Amerigo Vespucci Airport

• By taxi it takes around 15 minutes.
• By Shuttle to the Station.
• It is also possible to organize transportation by private car, by contacting the Hotel reception.
