The B&B Cialdini Inn is situaded in the strategic position, in the ancient Esquilino quarter, on the highest of Rome’s seven hills right in the historic centre of Rome, you can quickly reach any part of the city.

And only a short walk away from Piazza della Repubblica, Santa Maria Maggiore, Stazione Termini, Fori Imperiali, Colosseo, Piazza Venezia and a few metro stop by Musei Vaticani e San Pietro.

THE RECEPTION IS OPEN ONLY FROM 10AM TO 9PM. IT IS COMPULSORY CALLING THE B&B TO INFORM THEM ON YOUR ARRIVAL TIME. IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO THE CHECK IN AFTER 9PM JUST BEFORE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE B&B. IN CASE OF NO ADVISE ABOUT YOUR ARRIVAL TIME THE B&B WON'T GUARANTEE THE PRESENCE OF THE RECEPTIONIST.

All exclusively furnished, our rooms feature private bathrooms with shower or pool bath, air conditioner heater, LCD TV Sat screens, free internet connection frigo bar and the relaxing sitting corner with working-desk are the special features offered to our Guests.

By train: From Termini train station Termini you can reach easily our bed and breakfast (five minutes on foot!)

By plane: Fiumicino Airport is 30 km far and is well connected by a big heighway and with a direct train to Termini station.

Cialdini Inn На доме с указанным адрессом не указана информация об апартаментах. Плохая шумоизоляция в номере,слышно улицу и поселение других жильцов. Удобное расположение. Номера большие и удобные,отменнаячистота.

Cialdini Inn I liked the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and it felt like a safe place to stay. Nice and close to the train station!

Cialdini Inn The availability of the staff. Although there aren't many staff available, I arrived later in the evening and had to wait outside for the staff to check us in.

Cialdini Inn The room was small but very clean. Upon arrival was required to call for check in. No staff on site. Inconvenient. The location near the train station was good for our travel purposes. Overall rating would be a low satisfying.

Cialdini Inn There was no proper instruction on how to use the heater - aircon and during the first night we set it to blow cold air instead of hot and and it was very cold. Moreover it is noisy. The floor is tilled and it was cold, it would be better if it is carpeted.

Cialdini Inn As most people stated before, this is not a hotel, it's a B&B. So it's in the middle of an apartment building, which seems strange, but it really worked out nicely for me. It was literally right next to Termini, so I didn't have to stress out about catching a train to the airport and most of the important sites were only a quick walk or Metro ride away. It was perfect for me, because I was touring by myself and on a bit of a budget and it was very reasonable.

Cialdini Inn The lady working there was a smoker and she used to smoke in the 'lobby' area which is central with the rooms just off it. The whole place did smell of smoke - smoking seems extremely popular in Italy. The street is very close to the train station - about 5 min, and the building entrance is right next to the main road that runs along the south side of the train station. According to our (oldish) Rough Guide - this area is reputed to be a little dodgy, but we found it to be OK, probably because it's so close to the main road and train station.

Cialdini Inn No problem with this place except it's not a hotel, you get a room in an apartment block which from the outside looks very old and dirty. Once you know what you're gettting you won't be dissapointed but my girlfriend cried as we checked in and wanted to leave striaight away. Please advertise this place properly and then you'll have all satisfied customers. Location is not too bad either, but our rooms weren't touched during a 4 day stay and we only got fresh towels once, and after we had to ask for them.

Cialdini Inn I was surprised with the property and couldnt locate it before I asked for help from near by shop. It didnt have any advertisement and it was located in a very old building. The B& B was maintained by didnt have staff after 6pm till 8.30am in the morning. I couldn't even handover the keys to them and just left a note with the key when i left the room early in the morning. The room was good and newly furnished but i would like to have some staff to assist the travellers.

Cialdini Inn I had a nice stay in Cialdini Inn, but it was not easy to find it: it's located on a very short street nearby Termini station, there is no name on the door-bell, no sign on the house, nothing... The only way to get in is to call them by phone and they will open the street-door and will instruct you: "First door at your right, take the elevator to 4-th floor". That's my only remark.

Cialdini Inn La zona e' ottima per chi viaggia in treno( a due passi dalla stazione). Non consiglio di andare in giro sole di notte, come tutte le zone del mondo vicino le stazioni! Per il resto tutto bene!

Cialdini Inn Buona accoglienza, ottima colazione, gentilezza, bella ristrutturazione dei locali, comodissimo alla stazione 2 minuti a piedi. Peccato che a volte la proprietaria sia un pò in ritardo, cosa però compensata dalla gentilezza. Pulizia ok, finestre insonorizzate, bella tv, letto comodo. Ci tornerò.
