By car: Autostrada del Sole A1 Firenze-Roma from north: exit at Valdichiana OR from south: exit at Orte. Then Superstrada E45 exit: Assisi. Direction Gualdo Tadino - SS 444 del Subasio. (12 Km)

By bus: Daily inter-regional buses to and from Rome and Florence. Daily buses to and from Perugia, Gubbio, Città di Castello, Orvieto, Todi. Daily bus line between Gualdo Tadino and Assisi.

By train: The Ancona-Rome line with stop at Foligno (distance from Assisi 14 Kilometres). The Terontola-Foligno line with stop at the Assisi train station near the bus terminal.

By plane:
