About the property I expected more of a Crowne Plaza hotel. Cost of €140 per night was high for what was available. The bar area was almost a part of the reception area and had little choise of food. Staff were friendly and helpful.

About the property I arrived at 11:15 pm to the airport and there was no shuttle to the hotel. When I order the hotel I specified that I would need a shattele late at night and early in the morning. It was a very unpleasent experience for me and I had to wait 40 minutes for a taxi and pay 20 euro! For 5 minutes drive to the hotel. I tried to cancel my reservation but I had to do it through your site and u did not provide customer service at that time at night. Somthing that need to be fixed. When I made the reservation there was no information indacting that the suttel service is up to 11:00pm and from 6:00am. I only used the room for two hours as a results from this situation.

About the property The direction signs from roadway to the hotel are not clear. Specifically, there should be a sign at the specific "exit" point from the traffic circle to be used to get to the hotel.

About the property We were pleased with all aspects of the hotel. Our room was very comfortable, and they had an ice machine, which apparently is unusual for European hotels. We enjoyed the quality and variety of food at the dinner buffet. Our package included the breakfast buffet, which was also a good value and the food tasted great. We have absolutely no complaints about the hotel. They provided a free shuttle to and from Malpensa Airport. From the front desk, dining room and housekeeping, the staff members we met were friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Should we find ourselves in Milan again and need a hotel near the airport, there is no doubt we'd stay there again. It was the most expensive hotel room we stayed in during our 10 day Italian holiday, but, all things considered, they delivered a solid value for our one-night stay. Be aware the hotel is located about a 40-50 minute drive from downtown Milan.

About the property I would recommmend for business travel and airport transfer. We were waiting to catch a flight back to the Middle East and needed a place near the airport. Your service was great. The food and drink were especially good for an airport located hotel. Keep up the good work.

About the property I would recommend this hotel for short stay due to very close location from Malpensa Airport.

At times it is difficult to get the telephone connection to Travel Europe reservation office.
