About the property I stay at this hotel 2-3 times per year when I have an early flight out of Malpensa. Although I have a choice in hotels inthe area, I always choose First Hotel Malpensa as the staff is courteous, and they serve a good dinner with a varied menu.
Rooms are clean. Bed is not as comfortable as I would like, but fine for one night.
Their shuttle driver is excellent and very friendly. They will make sure you get to the airport in a timely manner. I will be staying there again in January.
About Traveleurope First time user rather than going to the hotel website. Efficient, and my reservation was as I made it. Can't ask for much more!!

About the property It is clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent, if a little pricey. Strange decor in the restaurant - looks like an airplane wreck - maybe modern art but it is a little unsettling to see this at an airport hotel!
About Traveleurope The communication between Traveleurope and hotel Malpensa is problematic. When I called to confirm my reservation, the hotel could not find any record of it. It was annoying to have to fax the correspondence over before they recognized me. Next time I will book directly with the hotel.

About the property It was the on-line reviews that alerted us to the fact that a shuttle service existed for us to transfer from the airport to the hotel. This fact could be made a little more obvious. the shuttle ser5vice was excellent.

About the property My only complaint is that I didn't realise that I have to phone the hotel on arrival to ask for the shuttle bus to collect me. Perhaps you could add a comment to this effect on the website?
