First Hotel Malpensa The staff were in my top 5 of most helpful, friendly and professional I have ever dealt with outside of a hotel even. Even the shuttle service personal was amazing! My wife was 26 weeks pregnant when we stayed there and they were so helpful even when we arrive late into the evening. I would exclusively stay here anytime we are in Malpensa. Its only 10 minutes from the airport and its worth the savings over the Sheraton.

First Hotel Malpensa They offer a free airport shuttle to and from malpensa. We had a lovely meal for dinner and a very good breakfast. Front desk staff were very professional and spoke a very good english. We would definetely stay here again.

First Hotel Malpensa This is the best hotel I have stayed since I have been visting Italy. The proximity and convenience to the airport is perfect and the shuttle is free! The shuttle drivers are so nice! My wife and I were awed at the reception given to us. I would stay there next time I visit.

First Hotel Malpensa I stay at this hotel 2-3 times per year when I have an early flight out of Malpensa. Although I have a choice in hotels inthe area, I always choose First Hotel Malpensa as the staff is courteous, and they serve a good dinner with a varied menu. Rooms are clean. Bed is not as comfortable as I would like, but fine for one night. Their shuttle driver is excellent and very friendly. They will make sure you get to the airport in a timely manner. I will be staying there again in January.

First Hotel Malpensa It is clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent, if a little pricey. Strange decor in the restaurant - looks like an airplane wreck - maybe modern art but it is a little unsettling to see this at an airport hotel!

First Hotel Malpensa As an airport hotel, this is a good choice, veryu close to the terminals with very good desk service. The hotel itself is quite standard. The hotel restaurant was expensive but very good, and overall the level of service at the hotel was better and friendlier than we expected.
