With its elegant Empire-style decor, the Carignano restaurant in Turin offers refined international cuisine to the guests of the four-star Grand Hotel Sitea and the public along with dishes from the renowned Piedmontese tradition. Elegant and reserved, with a charming view of a well-tended internal garden, it is ideal both for romantic candlelit dinners and for receiving distinguished guests. The Carignano restaurant is open every day, except on Saturday morning and on Sunday, serving breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. Closed Saturdays starting at noon and Sundays.

The American bar offers a pleasant, restrained atmosphere. An ideal venue for your favourite cocktail, a working snack or some after-dinner relaxation. From October through April, an appointment you won’t want to miss is the tea-time, featuring a refined selection of Oriental blends accompanied by dainty titbits and haute pâtisserie, a tradition for which Turin enjoys worldwide fame. The bar is open year round from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
