Grande Albergo Ausonia & Hungaria Wellness & SPA is located in the center of Lido of Venice, only 15 minutes by boat from St. Mark's Square. The building which hosts the hotel was built in 1905 and the lovely neorenaissance facade was further embellished in 1914 by a polychrome majolica covering.
The inside is furnished with items designed by the famous cabinet maker, Eugenio Quarti, who in those years headed the most refined italian Art Nouveau furniture. The hotel rooms are entirely furnished with original Art Nouveau items. The hotel is a beautiful example of Art Nouveau style with a wide terrace, bar and restaurant facilities, a private park and free parking space. Staff is available to clients to organize excursions and guided tours of Venice. The Golf Lido facility with its 18-hole golf course and a riding track can be easily reached from the hotel; reserved space on the beach is available from June till September.

The Hotel rooms are all bright and elegant and offering different possibilities: single, double, with three beds, junior suites and suites. The rooms are entirely furnished with original Art Nouveau items.

Set in a lounge with early century frescoes and decorations, the bar serves cocktails and snacks.

The refined "Quarti " restaurant offers a high quality cuisine for dinners and receptions.

The buffet breakfast is served in the Winter Garden, a bright veranda facing the park.

Starting from July 2009 the “ Rejuvenation Centre LANNA GAIA” will be at the disposal for the clients of the Grande Albergo Ausonia & Hungaria Wellness & SPA ,the first and sole wellness temple in Venice inspired by the ancient traditional Thai Lanna therapy. The esclusive treatments are guaranteed by the professionalism of the Thai therapists , as well as coming from Thailand, are all qualified by the prestigious “ Lanna Thai Academy”. Travel information

The hotel can be easily reached by car after 25 minutes of ferry boat from the Tronchetto Terminal through the Giudecca Canal and the S. Marco Basin: a truly enchanting itinerary of high emotional impact for those visiting Venice for the first time. There is a direct public transportation line which connects the Marco Polo airport to the Lido, or even private taxis; two public boat lines which depart from the Santa Lucia Station and run down the Grand Canal or the Giudecca Canal will take you to the Lido.

Grande Albergo Ausonia & Hungaria Wellness & Spa The quality of rooms varies at the same roomrate. The rooms on the lower floors overlooking the main road are the best. They have original Liberty furniture, and keep in tradition with the hotel. Other rooms are not as nice.

Grande Albergo Ausonia & Hungaria Wellness & Spa 10 EURO ONline Zugang für 2 Std. ist nicht mehr zeitgemäss Fax kostenlos versendet Frühstücksorganisation hatten die nicht im Griff. Wenn etwas leer war am Büffet dann erst 'ne halbe Stunde später wieder aufgefüllt. Rührei war da, kein Schinken, dann war Schinken da, keine Eier, etc... Frühstück selbst war sehr gut - wenn man Zeit hatte.
