About the property The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. I had stayed in 5 different hotels throughout Italy, but this one of the more reasonable and comfortable ones. The Internet was accessible in the rooms and the beds were extremely comfortable. Checkout was speedy and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to my colleagues, friends and family.

About the property This hotel is not a walk from the airport, I would take a taxi for 12 euros or try to deal with finding the shuttle. The guys at the front desk could use little attitude adjustment towars Americans.

About the property The Hotel facilities and room are in modern design. We loves it very much. Besides, the self-service breakfast has various food for selection and all of them are very nice. The location is very close to the airport, and the transportation is very convenient with the shuttle bus service. But the shuttle service is not always available is the big disadvantage what we feel.

About the property We stayed at this hotel three times over a period of 3 weeks. The bus transport to the terminals at Malpensa airport was chaotic. The staff was helpful, but could have been friendlier. The rooms were perfect-modern and clean. The hotel is situated perfectly for day visits to Milan and the Como area. And we liked the wooden floor in the rooms!

About the property The internet service (for which I paid) was terrible (very very slow mouse, loosing connection very often, and terrible terrible screen (you could never see the whole of the webpage...)). The breakfast was very very poor. There was no whole food, no organic products, no healthy wheat-free options, and very little fruits (which were surely not organic). Apart from that, I appreciated the effort into suggesting guests not to change their towels if not necessary (for the good of the environment), but I think there could be much more ecological concerns. Maybe with more organic food, with ecological products (soap, laundry liquid, shampoo, etc.), alternative energy and so on and on.

About the property The bus transport in the mornings to the airport was chaotic, with a Filiipino-type driver with a hell of an attitude of him doing you a favour.

About the property Much nicer upone arrival than expected. The neighborhood was not so welcoming, but then, I didn't leave the hotel property. Bartender was very friendly - and the breakfast in the morning was very nice.

About the property The breakfast room, quality of breakfast and self service layout was stark, gloomy and bare. More like a youth hostel or similar that a hotel, definately not up to the quality of the room. This may be an inexpensive hotel but you do not have to rub the guests' noses in it! Breakfasting does not have to be an ugly, utility experience. The 'bar' was also unwelcoming and unlikely to make guests stop and linger. It would also have been nice if even a sandwich or croque monsieur or the like could be microwaved in the evening to provide some sort of easy snack for hungry travellers. My final complaint is the excessively sticky quality of the bathroom dispenser soap, I think I am still trying to rinse it off over a week later.
