Hotel Amici The hotel is very easy to get to, and being next to the piazza stazione and not far from the bus station, very good for onward journeys. The buses to the Agrigento archaeological park can be caught in front of the stazione. From the hotel it is walking distance to the centro storico with it's many good restaurants and trattorias. The staff is very friendly, and made up for a mistake made regarding my reservation. My double room was okay but a bit cramped because of the space the bed took. The bathroom thankfully made up for that. Breakfast is fairly standard, but too many cakes and tarts !

Hotel Amici Cappucino in the foyer cafe. Foyer entrance was very welcoming. Staff. Very helpful.
Hotel Amici Room smelled of damp, needs fresh air in the room. Coffee in urn tasted terrible. Only found out later that capuccino could be had in the foyer as part of breakfast, and that was very welcome.
