Price and services: the prices agreed are the same as shown on brochure/price list. The prices include: -an adeguately furnished appartment for period requested, supplied with bedroom and bathroom linen (changed every week). If it’s brought and not furnished by AVIOTEL, it’ll be discounted; - Gas, water, electricity; - VAT - use of swimming-pool, sunbends and other facilities; - parking (unguarded). Exclusive of price: - obligatory club card with arrival 10.06-02.09 (no child under 4 y.o. and stays shorter then 5 nights) € 15,00/person per stay and it includes: baby club and animation, common barbecue use, tennis court use, ping pong - extra services (air conditioning, telephone, etc…); - cleaning of the appartment during stay. - sky pay-per view Before entering appartment, a caution of € 150,00 is required to cover any damages to appartments and its contents, simultaneously will be determined the status of them. At the end of the stay, Aviotel will check the appartment and its contents, and return the caution, providing no damages have occured. Costs of any damages and costs for cleaning of the appartment will be charged and taken off caution money.
