Opened in 1906, the hotel still maintains untouched the charm of
last century, of which it preserves the original "cotto-bricked" floor,
the style and furnishings with, in addition, all modern comforts.
Bellavista, run since the beginning by the Becucci family (which has
now reached its 4th generation) is much appreciated for its warm and
homely atmosphere, as well as being renowned for its restaurant.
Each room has private bathroom and is equipped with hair-drier, telephone, satellite TV and air conditioning.
The excellent traditional cuisine offers typical Tuscan dishes: a wide
range of salamis and Tuscan canapés, garlic toasted bread dressed with
extra-virgin olive oil from Impruneta, noodles in wild-boar sauce,
ravioli in truffle sauce, typical bread and vegetables soup, beans and
chick-peas soup, Florentine T-bone steak, deep-fried chicken and
rabbit, stew, deep-fried vegetables (mushrooms, tomatoes, artichokes
and pumpkin flowers), grilled mushrooms, stewed vegetables, white beans
seasoned with top-quality olive oil, as well as a selection of vintage
Chianti wines.
