About the property Front desk staff was not very helpful and were not very friendly. Free internet was a good feature. Superior double room was too small and cramped and had no bath tub but only a small cramped shower cubicle. Not satisfied at all- were we not given a superior double room by the grumpy front desk person?

About the property The hotel room was very tiny with a very dated bathroom but was clean and comfortable. The hotel had 1/2 hour free internet everyday which was excellent and very convenient. The buffet breakfast was to die for! So much selection! Thank you.

About the property The staff were extremely helpful and friendly with a welcoming feeling and general concern for your needs. The rooms were comfortable and they even accommodated you with pillow choices. Breakfast was diverse and excellent in quality with fresh items and lots of fruit! I would definitely return especially being so close to the center of transportation for the city it made it easy to use the hotel as a base for day trips.

About the property when i first entered the room i was like ok no way this room for 4 stars hotel it was small and the bathroom was small too but after i saw the excellent service i mean everything is for free mini bar internet and ask them anything they will bring it to you the staff were like angels they treated us as we were royalti and ah the breakfast it was extremly beautiful included everything wide varity of food so nice i was waiting to have my breakfast everyday bcz each time was specail :) anyway i total will book in this hotel if i go back to milan again

About the property The room we stayed in was very small and the bathroom tiny.
On the plus side there was a free mini bar (soft drinks) which was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly.
