Travel information

From north: highway A1 Milano-Napoli, exit Firenze Certosa, motorway Raccordo Siena-Firenze, exit Siena Nord. Look for signs to 'Stazione' train station. Keep station on right. At round about do NOT turn right over bridge with metallic arch. Take immediate next right and pass in front of COOP then swing left behind COOP and follow road to Hotel.

From south: highway A1 Napoli-Milano, exit Valdichiana, follow directions to Siena. Follow the rail station signs that skirts the town until you see the bridge with the metallic arch. Go over that bridge to the right and again turn right into driveway for large store 'COOP'. Follow driveway up hill to hotel behind store. If you arrive by train or bus, we suggest you to take a taxi from the train station. It's only 1 km far from our property and save you hauling luggage upon the hill where we are located.

About the property le personnel était très sympatique, les petits déjeuners corrects, mais nous avons regretté l'exiguité de la chambre, et qu'elle n'aie pas d'accès direct sur l'extérieur....le parc étant très agréable....nous avons trouvé le prix excessif par rapport aux prestations

About the property One of the most charming hotels we have stayed in, anywhere in Europe. Felt as if we "lived" there and were not staying in a "hotel". The grounds were spectacular, with terraced gardens, olive tree groves and lemon trees. So peaceful and quiet yet close to main sites.

About the property We thought the grounds were very nice. We didn't have enough time but would have loved to try the pool. Coming from a family of "neat freaks", the floor could have been a little cleaner. Lighting in the room was a bit on the dark side. Adding more lights would help. Maybe next time we will be able to stay longer! Thank you!

About the property This is a wonderful hotel much like a country inn. It is located on a hill opposite Siena. There is a mix of older and newer buildings. All are charming and very nicely landscaped. The rooms are quiet and nicely furnished, a welcome retreat at the end of the day. The rooms include a guide book that suggests bicycle rides, hikes, and other interesting sights in the area, as well as restautants in Siena. There is a pool. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. The optional breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel is not far from the train station, but it is uphill. If you arrive by train, take a taxi to the hotel if you do not want to pull your bags uphill. The walk into Siena is first downhill and then uphill into the town.

About the property This is one of the nicest hotels i have stayed in!! the staff were freindly and very helpfull, the location was excellent, I will be back next year.
