Hotel Gonzaga All staff were either cold, blunt or even rude. Though I understand this is a budget hotel, politeness and helpfulness do not cost the hotel anything.

Hotel Gonzaga Supposed to be a non-smoking room, turned out to be full of cigarette smell. Lots of mosquitos remains and blood stains on walls. Bitten at night. Mean breakfast. Rude staff. Smelly bathroom.

Hotel Gonzaga Despite a very late arrival (Midnight) and some time finding the hotel from the train station, it was important that the reserved room was available to crash into. A equally early morning departure had us leaving before the breakfast service was open. We received the accommodation we requested and were satisfied with the quality and standard expected.

Hotel Gonzaga The room was spacious and clean. And the hotel offers a nice breakfast. It is so convienent to Milano Centrale (just across the street and one block). So, if you are staying in Milan for a short while, this is very convienent.
Hotel Gonzaga The bathroom has that funky Milan smell to it. But overall, it was clean.

Hotel Gonzaga The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. I can not say enough about how nice they were. I stayed at many other hotels on this trip and the front desk staff were generally rude and didn't want to be bothered, but at Gonzaga it was the complete opposite. Thank you so much for helping to make my visit even better.

Hotel Gonzaga My wife and I thought that Gonzaga Hotel is a family business. I thought I had booked two nights and when we got there, they told me it was only one. And after our experience, we thought that we would have not been able to stay two night there. They have NO idea of what customer service is about, NO idea.

Hotel Gonzaga The hotel is a converted floor in an office block near the station. Partition walls divide it into small, airless rooms. The en-suite stank of damp. It would be just about acceptable as a youth hostel, but not as a 3 star hotel. When we checked out at 5:30am to get our train the staff were sleeping in the lobby.

Hotel Gonzaga Very good location and very clean, but that is about the only good things I can say about my stay in this hotel. The reception staff was very rude. The rooms are large, but very noisy. The hotel is located on a large, busy street, but that was not the worst. The plumbing in the bathroom made such a noise that we could not sleep all night. The breakfast was extremely limited and everything was packaged. Overall a very loveless, unfriendly and noisy hotel.

Hotel Gonzaga I would like to mention that we were for two nights in this hotel Gonzaga and during this time we had not any warm water in the room at all, either during the evenings nore during the mornings. We called the reception but they were not very friendly and not able to solve the problem in this time, that's why our vote is not very high.

Hotel Gonzaga Near the railway station,on the third floor:hotel fitted our requirements.Easy to find. Breakfast could be improved with more fresh food and less' long life 'packaged items. As we were in Milan to visit its historic sites it was necessary to use the metro to reach these sites.Web site describes the hotel very accurately.

Hotel Gonzaga The guy who serves breakfast was extremely extremely rude. He dictates where you are supposed to sit and give a very annoyed look in the morning! The plumbing system of the toilet in the room isn't great either. There is a perpetual shit smell that drifts out ofthe toilet. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor but there is a lift to use though.

Hotel Gonzaga The location is very convenient, close to central station, and I like the cheerful interior in this Hotel. The Room of Breakfast was also nice. Just only one thing was, I hear the Tram which go by on the street in front of the Hotel. But Isolation is not so bad and I could sleep well.

Hotel Gonzaga I could not enter my room during cleaning time at 1st day, because the receptionist gave a room key to cleanner. The next day cleaning staff tried to open my room at 10:30 before check out (12:00) even I hang the door notice card. They left check out customer's suitcases beside door(difficult to see from reception) and everybody who use this building can nick them, easily. I kept mine at the station paid laggage deposit room because this reason. I can get a ticket from them same as flight chekin system.
