From Santa Lucia railway station, 10 minutes by water bus line 82 or 20 minutes by water bus line 1.

From Piazzale Roma (car parking and bus terminal), 15 minutes by water bus line 82 or 25 minutes by water bus line 1. The water bus stop is Rialto and than 2 minutes walk to the hotel.

About the property I wasn't sure how this hotel would be with not knowing anything about it. But it was excellent. I would stay there again in Venice. It was a very very short walk to St Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. The staff was very friendly. It's a must stay!

About the property The bathtub/shower was not equipped with a safety holding bar, and was therefore quite unsafe. The bathtub had no shower mat and was very slippery !!
