By air: Arriving at the airport “Leonardo da Vinci” of Fiumicino, proceed towards the terminal for arrivals “C”; exit from the building and head towards the glass palazzo across from it (Emporio Armani), the stop for the shuttle direct to our hotel is here. Request reservations. Taxi services are available.

By train: Next to the Termini Station of Rome, take the train “Leonardo Express” direct at the airport and take the shuttle direct to the hotel as indicated in the point ‘by air’.

By car: Following the highway Roma-Fiumicino, exit at Fiumicino, continue on via Arturo dell Oro, enter the circle, take via Alessandro Guidoni, after 300 m you arrive at piazza Umberto Nobile, exiting from the circle merge in via dell’Aeroporto di Fiumicino s.s. 296, continue on 600 m, exit on the right to Fiumicino Nord reaching via Portuense. After 700 m on the left, you reach the Hotel Mach 2 Rome-Airport.

About the property I was very disappointed by the Hotel. The service of the restaurant was non-existent since this was closed in the evenings without any warnings. One member of staff was totally unhelpful and unaware of services available. When asked about the restaurant she said she was checking and nothing else. When asked about public transport into Rome she said there was none at no time - we found out ourselves the next day that there is indeed a DIRECT bus into Rome down the road. The man at reception was much more helpful. The expenses were great! For a Hotel that is lacking in services it was very expensive. From the Hotel site we were not made aware how far away it is from everywhere, especially the airport! I think a smile would not hurt much either. Once again this does not apply to all members of staff. Overall my girlfriend and I were not satisfied with the service that we got.

About the property The restaurant is wonderful for daytime meals and breakfast is simply wonderful. The only issue I had was that the shower was cold for second person. The shuttles to Rome and airport were also great.

About the property When I called to ask how to find the shuttle at the airport, the desk clerk was rather unfriendly. She seemed annoyed that I thought it was unclear how to find the "meeting" point. And in fact, it was a little confusing...There should be a sign up at that location with the hotel name on it.

About the property Reservation was switched by hotel to sister property Cancelli Rossi due to last minute arrival of large group. hotel shuttle service is nearly impossible to find outside the airport due to lack of any signage and poor instructions

About the property They have what it would take to make this more than just a mediocre hotel but they are not taking advantage of their own special features, i.e., balconies, excellent satillite coverage. Instead they have tons of cords connecting this & that stretching some of them to their limit. Plus the lobby is dreary & small. The highlight was the restaurant staff. Outgoing & friendly & most helpful. I think our waitress was Christina & she was just delightful.

About the property The main benefit of this hotel is its proximity to the airport, however you'll still spend 15 euros each way to take a taxi (the shuttle is cheaper, but doesn't operate early or late). The restaurant associated with the hotel is not nearly as good as even a cheap trattoria in Rome. Overall it's an acceptable stay if you just want to catch your flight with minimum hassle.
