The Hotel is located in a quiet area, one minute away from the main beach of Marotta. We offer a pleasent stay in a seaside resort with the chance to discover a really intresting hinterland, where history and folklore are melted together.

The rooms are totally restored, with air conditioning, tv color, phon, private bathroom.

Our buffet offers the typical Italian breakfast enriched by yoghurt, muesli and corn flakes.

For Lunch and dinner our clients can choose between two differnt menus: one with meat dishes and the other with fish.

In 50 km we can find cities which are witness of centuries of history everything enriched by wonderfull landscapes: Urbino, San leo, San marino, Gradara, Loreto, Mondavio, Le grotte di Frasassi.

Hotel's cancellation policy: Reservation can be cancelled up to 2 days prior to arrival date (Central European Time). First night will be charged after this deadline or in case of no show.
Terms of payment: Your credit card details are requested only for the purpose of guaranteeing the booking (unless otherwise specified in the hotel's terms and conditions of sales). The actual payment for your stay will be made directly at the hotel before departure. However, the hotel reserves the right to check the validity of your credit card (pre-authorisation) prior to your arrival.

Full board has to be requested advising the hotel at least a couple of days before arrival.
