The whole lot is surrounded by luxuriant tropical vegetation.

The swimming pool:
It is open from Easter to October. With fresh water, it covers an area of 250 square metres. A safe shallow area is reserved for our younger guests.

The children playground:
Under the age-old palm trees in our tropical garden, this area is exclusively for children. All outdoor games are certified as safe for children according to European safety laws.

The Nyala Suite Hotel has found the best way to harmonise the pleasure of the Riviera with professional engagements. In the comfortable elegance of the Nyala Suite Hotel, your meeting is tailor-made to all desires. Our team is at your complete disposal to transform your own event in a true success. Actually, there are 4 equipped and elegant conference rooms, seating from 10 to 150 persons, but further developments are in project.

Whether you choose one of 44 standard rooms or one of our 36 junior suites, with all comforts, you will enjoy both the magnificent view over the Mediterranean and over our tropical garden. Also we assure you our high-quality service during your entire stay.

The "L'Asmara" Restaurant is an exclusive restaurant where you can find the most refined type of Italian cuisine next to typical Ligurian dishes. Ligurian cuisine perfectly combines ancient country traditions of the hinterland to the best sea recipes from the coast and so it can rightly be considered as a classical example of Mediterranean Diet. Up to 40 people can be waited on in the "L'Asmara" Room, while in the Winter Garden Room, which is surrounded by glass windows overlooking the luxurious tropical garden of the hotel, there is room for 120 people. 80 more places will be added on the terrace in summer 2000. The restaurant is also the right place for the various special events taking place all year round - especially during main holidays.

"GLI SPECCHI" BAR is a comfortable and elegant place and is open 24 hours a day. Happy Hour: from 17.30 to 1830 every day.

The DALAK SNACK BAR is next to the swimming pool and is open during summertime only. It can offer you a selection of ready-to-eat dishes together with drinks from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. A special service is provided from 9 p.m. onwards within the magical atmosphere of our tropical garden.

Travel information

BY CAR: From Genoa-Ventimiglia-Nice motorway (A10), take exit San Remo.?From there it will take around 10 minutes to reach the hotel, which is indicated by many road signs. Just after passing the motorway barrier go straight ahead. At first crossing turn left on the Via Padre Semeria, direction San Remo. Continue on the Via Padre Semeria for 1 km (0.6 miles); at the first crossing turn left on Strada alla Colla. You are now moving to Via Solaro Rapalin, a narrow road passing through typical flower greenhouses. Go on for 1.5 km (0.8 miles). Then at next crossing turn again left on Via Solaro. Hotel is on the right at 300 metres (300 yards).

BY TRAIN: From any Italian railway station take a train directed to Ventimiglia. Stop at San Remo railway station. If you have contacted the hotel in advance our courtesy bus will be there waiting for you. Transfer is free. Otherwise take a taxi (fare will be around euro 10.00).

Hotel Nyala Suite The hotel is a 5-min drive from the main part of San Remo. Rooms are spacious, clean and with a beautiful view. Reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good with so much choice.

Hotel Nyala Suite Il personale è gentile ma la struttura è decisamente al di sotto della categoria: ricorda più una pensione che un albergo a 4 stelle! Hotel mediocre e di basso profilo (come putroppo la maggior parte degli alberghi della riviera ligure) anche come ambiente e frequentazione.
