The set of buildings is in panoramic position overlooking the gulf of Orosei, facing an extensive garden, contiguous the park and adjacent the beach.

The distance from the beach is approximately 300 metres and reachable through sloping water - path and itineraries, suitable for small excursions.

Mini buses to and from the beach, an area for the guests of the Complex, with sun-umbrellas and deck-chairs, included.  An excursion booking counter with special prices.

1 Swimming club for adults with a corner reserved for children next to the main buildings.

Sport centre with an agreement, connected with mini-buses; tenniscourts, bocce - a typical italian game, a mini football camp in artificial grass with lighting.

Superior rooms: well furnished in Mediterranean style, all with air conditioning, satellite colour television, a small fridge bar, telephone, hair-dryer, safe, veranda and bathroom. Suite 2+2: also available "suite 2+2" with one double bedroom, and sittingroom with a double (or twinbeds) sofa bed.

2 restaurants, of which one next to the shore with an air conditioned veranda. A bar alongside the swimming pool, an ice-creambar next to the beach (at "La Conchiglia").
