• Junior Suite: Very elegant, cozy and roomy, with a daytime area with sofa and coffee table and jacuzzi; the Deluxe Junior Suite has a large jacuzzi and a larger bedroom.
• Suite: They maintain the same characteristics of the Junior Suite but with ampler and more separated spaces; the Deluxe Suite has walls with original period frescos and Venetian marble floors.

The Real Fini San Francesco Hotel is located in the historic center of Modena, next to the church of San Francesco, a short distance from the Piazza Grande and the soaring point of the Torre Ghirlandina, the symbol of the city.

In the square the spectacular outline of the Cathedral can be observed, one of the greatest masterpieces of the Romanic style of which it is the most relevant example worldwide; inside, the exequies of San Geminiano, patron saint of Modena, and outside, the splendid main portal.

By train

• From the Modena train station you get to the Real Fini San Francesco Hotel by taking bus route 11, getting off at the ‘Chiesa di San Francesco’ stop. An alternative is to ask for the hotel's shuttle service or take a taxi.

By plane

• The Marconi airport of Bologna is at 30 km. If going by car, take the beltway and at the toll booth of Borgo Panigale enter highway A1 to Milan. Exit at Modena Nord (North), continuing on the beltway toward Sassuolo (not downtown), then take Exit 17b (Via Giardini) and continue straight; after two roundabouts, turn left at the second traffic light and enter Via Giardini. After three traffic lights, keep right and at the second traffic light turn left; keep straight at the next traffic light, entering the limited traffic zone*, then turn right on Rua dei Frati Minori, where, at an angle with the Piazzetta San Francesco, our hotel awaits you. Taxi or hotel shuttle service is also available; please make your request when making the reservation.

By car

• From the North, go along Highway of Brennero A22 toward Modena, merging onto A1 going to Bologna and exit at Modena Nord. If coming from Milan, go along A1 toward Bologna until the Modena Nord exit. In both cases, once you exit the highway at the Modena Nord toll booth, follow the indications in the section ‘By plane’.
