About the property This is not a family hotel. There is no room service until 5.00pm and no drink making facilities in the room or hotel until then. The Suite we stayed in was cold and was situated above the dining area so that we were continually disturbed with the sound of chairs being dragged backwards and forwards.

About the property An unexpected pleasure to find a remarkable hotel of excellant standard when we arrived in very late at night to Pisa.

About the property I requested a room with a bath when I arrived. However I was informed that the hotel had no rooms with baths-very odd. The room was adequate-for a 4 star hotel I would have expected better The restaurant was excellent and I would recommend-charming staff and food very good.

About the property About I kilometre from the centre of Pisa, this is an excellent choice for either business or pleasure although the siting and facilities are more geared towards the business traveller. Overall a safe choice which represents very good value.

About the property Very quiet room - double-glazed windows keep out the traffic noise. The advertised air-conditioning actually worked, unlike other hotels where it does not get turned on until June.
