The apartments are subdivided in:

MONOLOCALE (Single): All Monolocale apartments are equipped of kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, phon, box-shower, seawiev.

STUDIO (Double, Twin, Triple): All Studio apartments have 2 totally independent atmospheres that are separate from the furnishing that creates one wall from sky to earth. They are equipped with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, phon, box shower, seawiev balcony or terrace.

BILOCALE (Quadruple): All the Bilocale apartments have 2 habitable rooms: night zone with bedroom for 4 persons and living zone with kitchenette and they have the possibility of 2 extra bed places, bathroom, phon, box shower, front seawiev balcony or terrace.

SUITE (Junior Suite, Suite): Our 5 elegance suites are apartments totally front seaview situated at the last floor of the Residence Hotel. They are composed from bedroom, bathroom, phon, box shower, balcony and terrace.

A welcoming environment to have traditional or continental breakfasts, quick snacks or aperitifs.

Exit the A14 Adriatica highway at Rimini Sud. Proceed along the national road s.s. Adriatica for about 4 km, following the indications to Rimini Miramare.

The hotel lies about 2 km away from the Rimini Federico Fellini International airport and can be easily reached by taxi or by bus. By car exiting the airport take the national road s.s. Adriatica and follow the indications to Rimini Miramare.

Hotel Residence T2 The rooms, coridors, breakfast room were too cold, heating with aircondition was too noisy to use during the night. The walls are too thin so you can hear clearly the other rooms. The offer of the brakfast was poor.

Hotel Residence T2 Recently built and rooms were quite confortable altough we found some breadcrumbs on the floor. For breakfast we enjoyed the typical italian food tasty and fresh.

Hotel Residence T2 Very good for the price. Garage is a great plus. Rooms were not very clean on arrival. However, beds were done and linen changed every day to our complete satisfaction. Breakfast was extremely Italian. Yoghurt should be checked every day - also visually. Breads were a bit underwhelming (not quite fresh).

Hotel Residence T2 The hotel is quite centrally located and the rooms are spacious and confortable. I would expect something more for being a four star hotel but i quite happy after all.
