Hotel Rubino The only serious problem I had with this Hotel, is when I arrived back home. I checked my bank balance and saw that the Hotel charged me 3 times all different amounts. I called the Hotel and instead of asking for my name and room number, phone number etc. He told me to call back tomorrow. I of course said no and told him that he should look into this. He spent the remainder time trying to get me off the phone. Obviously he did not care. After all it was not his money. His final answer was to send an email and did not give me the email address so I had to search it myself. Well the next day I notice that they charged my card again. I had to cancel my credit card all together and threaten to sue them if they did not refund the charges. They finally refunded me. If you stay here pay with cash.

Hotel Rubino The location of the hotel was excellent for us. Just steps away from the train station. We walked everywhere and we were able to get there and back without any problems. The staff was excellent, and they were helpful and got our room ready for us as soon as we arrived. This is just a room, there are no services or facilities. The breakfast is a coffee and muffin at the bar across the street, which was a good time of its own, talking with other travelers from all over the world trying to get coffee and tea from one employee on one machine!! Excellent location for train travelers! And you can walk to everything. We have nothing but positive to say about the hotel and the staff. We felt safe, and welcome as well as comfortable at this hotel.

Hotel Rubino Only a block from Termini (central station) so getting around is very easy. Rooms are way too simple but for what we paid we were quite happy.

Hotel Rubino L'hotel ha una posizione strategica. E' situato a lato della Stazione Termini, vicinissimo alle fermate della metropolitana e degli autobus. La zona è pulita e sorvegliata dalle forze dell'ordine, perciò ci si può muovere con tranquillità sia di giorno, sia di sera.

Hotel Rubino Lo unico interesante es la ubicacion esta junto a la estacion de Termini, un buen enlace para moverte por la ciudad.

Hotel Rubino El baño precario, no te cambian las toallas. No se obseva limpieza en general, al subir en el ascensor ya te lo puedes ir imaginando. Es de lo mas cutre, desilusion total. Para no repetir, no te admite tarjetas de credito.

Hotel Rubino Le petit déjeuner est très décevant: servi à l'extérieur de l'hotel, il est très léger et il est difficile d' avoir une place assise car elles sont rares et le lieu est très encombré.

Hotel Rubino Der Zustand des Bades und insbesondere der Dusche (ständige Geruchsbelästigung des Badabflusses, desolate Tür zur Duschkabine, stark verschmutzte Fugen zwischen den Bodenfliesen, Schimmel an den Badwänden, ein sehr verschmutzter und damit fast unwirksamer Abzug im Bad und abblätterndes Furnier an der Badezimmertür) entsprechen nach meiner Auffassung nicht einem Zimmerpreis von 120 EUR. Die Reinigungskraft hat sich bemüht, im Zimmer für Ordnung und Sauberkeit zu sorgen, das Bad bedarf einer gündlichen Renovierung und eines wirksamen Gerüchsverschlusses in der Dusche (Zimmer 202)
