From Milan's "Malpensa" airport you can take a taxi or public transportation to reach Hotel Sant'Ambroeus:

on the "Malpensa Express" train, you arrive at Cadorna Station. From there take the green line of the metro towards Famagosta and get off at Sant'Agostino (second stop).
with the "Malpensa Bus Express" and "Malpensa Shuttle Air Pullman" buses you arrive at Stazione Centrale. From there take the green line of the metro towards Famagosta and get off at Sant'Agostino: you will be on Viale Papiniano the hotel is located in this street at number 14.

Hotel Sant'ambroeus Punti di "debolezza": non vicinissimo alla metropolitana, specie se con bagagli); piu' appropriato il nome di San Vittore che di Sant'Ambroeus (ubicato di fronte alle mura del carcere!).
