About the property Teh single room was freezing cold, the heath system did not work. there was disturbing noice, living above the kitchen. The restaurant was very nice, good service value for money. All together, very convenient with the airport so close, the hotel OK, the restaurant in the hotel very good

About the property I would recommend the hotel to offer free ear plugs since the noise from the street is unbearable. I had fortunately ear plugs with me.
Long term they should improve the windows noise insulation properties.
About Traveleurope I asked for nearest train station in my booking but it was not expedited by you. You have room for improvement here.

About the property Good value hotel, minimal facilities but great service. Close proximity to Malpensa airport makes it a useful stopover for the night (inclu free airport transfer). Milan city is still accessible via a 40min train ride.

About the property The hotel was fine but it was impossible to find. The two online maps were completely useless. Neither offered the crucial information of which exit you take from A8. We wandered the area for over an hour. Also, as we were trying to get to sleep in room #10, the noise from closing up the restaurant below was horrendous. Too bad, as it seemed a nice place otherwise. Bill Wright
