Hotel Soperga Room was large enough for two to be very comfortable. Breakfast was generous with lots of meats, cheeses, breads and fruit juices. Liked the fact that the hotel was within easy walking distance of the train station. Lots of interesting places to eat within a few blocks of the hotel. Also, hotel was in a resonable neighborhood.
Hotel Soperga Our stay was in early october and the weather was still warm. Had to ask the desk to turn on the AC when we arrived as the room was very stuffy. In the evening they refused to turn on the AC. Said it was cool enough outside that we could open a window. Of course, we then had to listen to the traffic. The hotel saved money by turning off the AC, but we didn't get a very good night's sleep. We won't be staying at this hotel next year with we go through Milan.

Hotel Soperga This was a very reasonably priced hotel situated close to the main train station which is why I stayed there. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The bed covers and bathroom were very clean and this is the most important thing in a hotel. However the decor is very drab and old fashioned and it definitely needs a facelift. I would definitely stay here again though if I were in Milan as the price was attractive.

Hotel Soperga The guys at the frontdesk are too unfriendly and too business like. This is hospitality business and as such you have to show some warmth. Every other thing was okay apart from the exhorbitant room rate which I can attribute to the Micam fair.

Hotel Soperga The location is very close to the main train station in Milan (about a 10 minute walk.) It is also fairly close to metro stop. I had planned on taking the metro down to the Duomo plaza, but on the recommendation of a helpful hotel clerk, my daughter and I had a delightful walk down a main avenue which took in a street market as well as lots of shops and reached the Duomo easily. The hotel also has a nice breakfast and a luggage room where you can leave your luggage for bit after checking out.

Hotel Soperga We were there in early May (almost summer time) but Milan was unseasonably cold. We asked the receptionist to turn on the central heating but they said that the heating gets turned off in mid Feb! Hotel Soperga I was very disappointed when I realized that with 30° temperature, they start using air con by the end of June. So be carefull if you decide to go there before that date, and you like air conditioning. In addition, the free WIFI connection is real that exist, but not Internet access; you have to pay to use internet... disappointing too.

Hotel Soperga This place was surprisingly excellent for the price - nice and close to the train station too. The room was a bit small but had a large comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was exemplary, as was the service. Great value for a Milan Hotel.

Hotel Soperga I liked the idea of the hotel and being located in a palace. Very romantic idea. The rooms were typical of European rooms, but the bathroom had mildew in the grout of the tile and the shower curtain was detatching from the shower curtain rings. My room was smokey smelling and I had asked for both rooms to be non-smoking. My kids room didn't smell like smoke, but ours did. Further, the next morning when I went to pack I found a couple of cockroaches on the desk when I turned the lights on in the morning. Breakfast was good, but the idea of roaches was still grossing me out from the bedroom.

Hotel Soperga There is lack of adapters at the reception, and unformation about blockage of money was twice incorrect. When hotel is guaranteed with a card, money is blocked for 15 days. During my stay in hotel, I was told it will be unblocked immediately after check-out.

Hotel Soperga The public areas of the hotel were pleasant. The bedroom was adequate though slightly shabby. The main problem we had was with the bathroom. It was small and awkward. Major difficulty at first was that we had no cold water, which could have been dangerous in terms of the shower etc. However this was attended to promptly once reported. Breakfast was adequate though they ran out of some items very quickly.

Hotel Soperga We only stayed briefly but staff were most helpful. We had to leave early at 6.45am so did not sample breakfast. It would have been nice to have had some juice or coffee before we left but breakfast room was in darkness although supposed to open at 6.45. However it was most comfortable, near station and airport buses and excellent value.

Hotel Soperga The only problem we had was finding the hotel. The map that was provided was not clear enough. It lacked street names around the train station, which would have been helpful. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect for our needs as it was conveniently located near the central train station.

Hotel Soperga The hotel was a bit hard to find but not too far from the train station. Although Milan is not one of my favorite cities, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very very friendly. The metro station is about one block from the hotel and easy to get around the city. If your in town for a few days and traveling by train this hotel is very nice and the cost was not bad (65 Euro per night).

Hotel Soperga The rooms lack natural light, and the flourescent does little to improve the situation. The dated decor is not cooly retro, it just feels uncared-for. There is no internet access in the rooms, and although there are cable stations on the television there are no international stations. On the upside the commmon areas seem much nicer, and it is fairly inexpensive
