Located right next to Roma Termini Train Station, Viennese is 2 metro stops from the Coliseum and Trevi Fountain. It offers modern air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and 42" LCD TVs.

The Hotel Viennese is 100 metres from the shuttle stop for Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports.

Staff are multilingual and available 24 hours a day. They provide useful tourist information and can arrange tours of Rome. You also have a discount at a parking garage nearby.

Rooms at Viennese include free Sky channels and a DVD player with a selection of over 500 films to choose from.

You will also have a fridge and safe, as well as a free city map and free use of a laptop with web cam.

An Italian breakfast is served between 06:30 and 12:30 at the bar opposite the Hotel. In addition, a free room service with American coffee and hot tea with biscuits is available from 07:00 until 23:00.

Hotel Viennese The hotel staff was very helpful. Location is ideal as it is near the Termini station. Tea and biscuits provided upon our arrival was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for the lovely time we had.

Hotel Viennese The hotel wasn't at all what we expected - I was actually scared to stay there. The entire place, including the room stunk really bad, there were not enough towels, the towel bar was broken so we had no place to put the towels we did have, and there wasn't enough hot water for two showers. It was definitely not worth the rate and I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel Viennese Close to the railway station which made the hotel in an excellent position for us. Close to the Hop-on Hop-off bus for tours and lots of good eating places nearby as well as the post office and a supermarket.

Hotel Viennese One of the reasons that we chose this hotel was free computer and internet connection. Our computer was working for one day out of the seven that we stayed there. This was very frusting because we really needed to keep in contact with our business customers in Australia while we were in Italy. Staff did as much as possible to help but we were disappointed with this aspect.

Hotel Viennese Sehr geehrtes Team, beim Einchecken hat man meinen Personalausweis benötigt. Ich habe ihn aber nicht zurückbekommen. Das stellte ich erst beim Abflug am Flughafen bei der Kontrolle fest. Die Polizei hat mir kurzfristig ein Ersatzpapier ausgestellt. Ich bin mir ganz sicher, dass ich den Ausweis nicht zurückbekommen habe. Vielleicht ist er versehentlich bei der Rezeption zwischen andere Papiere geraten. Vorgestern habe ich eine E-Mail an das Hotel Viennese geswchickt mit der Bitte, den Ausweis mir zuzuschicken - leider bis heute keine Reaktion erhalten. Das ist sehr kundenunfreundlich. Ich bitte um Stellungnahme. Freundliche Grüße Manfred Ruhe
