Property information

The ancient country-house is located only 100 metres away from the sea, the main port (ferries and hydrofoils) and it is a few Km from the white beaches (punice-stone and obsidian quarries). The country-house was trasformed in a hotel in 1950, it is run by the same family, futher to continuous improvements concerning its structure and services nowadays even if it is three-star hotel it appears as a higher level hotel thanks to the quality and confort it can offer. It is located just in the historical centre near the Aeolin archaeological museum.

It is easily accessible going through a typical Aeolian narrow street that, through a vault entrance with a stone arcade, takes you to a special and elegant garden where all the country-house structure develops.

The hotel has congress/conference hall, breakfast room, piano bar, soft music, garden, snack bar, fitness, wellness/massage, roof garden, sun terapy-terraces, gardens, solarium shower and parking.

Besides, the hotel make preparations for banquets, parties, weddings, with catering, transfert from to port, from to shores, rent bike, scooters and car, trips with horses, service diving center and sailing-boat; credit card all.
