These days the residential estate is a beautiful four star hotel that offers the maximum comfort in a very inviting and friendly atmosphere.

Besides being situated in a strategic point that makes it the ideal stop for businnessmen, the full leisure complex deserves a visit: a well known restaurant, able to welcome up to 100 people; two private guarded parks; an area dedicated to children; 2 outdoors swimming pools where it is possible to spend the days enjoying entertainment and relax.

Also at the guests’ disposal is the Congress Centre, equipped with the most modern conference facilities.

The staff will be happy to welcome the guests and make them all remember the pleasant days spent at the feet of our beautiful Alps.

Room information

The Hotel has 38 rooms (Double single use, Double/Twin, Triple, Quadruple) furnished with elegance and care.

All of them have the following facilities: satellite TV, Pay TV, safety box, telephone, air conditioning/heating, HDSL internet connection, FREE UNLIMITED INTERNET USE, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and minibar.

In the ancient wing of the Villa there are our ‘Superior’ rooms, equipped like all the other rooms plus a beautiful false ceiling with big wood beams and electrical roof windows.

For long stays the ideal place is one of our apartments (one, two or three rooms) equipped with a kitchenette so to guarantee both comfort and functionality.

Food & Beverage

The leisure complex houses a well known restaurant that offers fine menus from the Piedmontese tradition. The wine menu proposes a great variety of local and regional wines like Barolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, Bonarda, Barbaresco, Grignolino and all the other vintage wines from the best Italian vineyards..
On the ground floor, beside the breakfast hall and the reception desk there is a cosy American Bar that will welcome the guests and where it is possible to enjoy an aperitif or a snack in a very relaxing atmosphere.
