Travel information
Arriving by Air
- Linate International Airport is only 7 km from hotel or 15 minutes taxi journey time away from the Hotel. Malpensa is 55 km from hotel but is well served by public transport - the rail and bus airport terminals are located at central station, which is only 800 metres from the Windsor Hotel.
Arriving by Car
- Follow the signs for Centro i.e. City Centre and then follow signs for Piazza Repubblica - the Windsor Hotel is located just to the west of this main square. Please advise us if you intend to bring your car so that we can make arrangements for your parking.
Arriving by Train
- Central Railway Station is Milan's main railway station and where all the main intercity and eurostar trains both arrive and depart from. Central Station is 800 metres away so if you are arriving by train the Windsor Hotel is ideal for you!
Arriving by Metro
- The nearest Metro stop is "Repubblica" on the Yellow Line which is only 80 metres away.

Windsor Hotel Milano Surroundings are charmless. I had a clean and spatious room at 7th floor and woke up at 5pm of the tram noise. Breakfast included an awful yellow slime supposed to act as scrumbled eggs.

Windsor Hotel Milano Good location, not too far from the centre of Milan. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The only bad thing is the noise for the trams running until late.

Windsor Hotel Milano The location of the hotel is very good, you could go to Duomo easily. The staff are generally friendly, but two out of four of the receptionists I met were not so helpful, while the other two were quite good. Staff in their restaurant and staff doing the cleaning are friendly. The room was cleansed, of course, but somehow the room is quite old. My room was at 1st floor. When I opened the window, it's a little bit noisy. The air conditioning was difficult to use. Well..The drinks in their room are free. They also provide a locker to put valuable things. The free breakfast is good. They've got two common computers for internet access. It's easy to operate compared with those in other hotels.

Windsor Hotel Milano The staff was friendly and our room was clean. We did have a few problems with the plumbing in our room. There was only a bath tub with a hand held hose to rinse off with. The hose leaked and made it very difficult to use with out spraying water all over the place, especially since there wasn't shower curtain around the tub. On a positive note. The breakfast that was provided in the morning was very good and the service was great.

Windsor Hotel Milano Could not check in until 2pm on my arrival day. Having travelled over night, I was tired, wanted to sleep and freshen up - a little disappointed in this, but they readily stored my luggage and offered me breakfast which I did not expect. I loved the location of the hotel, close to train station and historical sites - would stay there again. Bar area was not so fantastic so I popped out every night for food and drink.

Windsor Hotel Milano tutto bene tranne il fatto che anche se eravamo presnti in stanza, i dipendento dell'hotel cercavano di entrare vuoi per pulire la stanza o vuoi per riempire il minibar.

Windsor Hotel Milano l'unico problema riscontrato in camera, il caldo, e il condizionatore non attivo, e' strano in una struttura cosi elegante, che il condizonatore nel mese di fine aprile non siano attivati......
