Il Piratello is located near the Lake Trasimeno, between Umbria and Tuscany. The local language and the landscape are perfect blends of these two regions, as are the unforgettable traditions and cuisine.

Mountain bikes, deck chairs and all you need to have lunch in the garden are available at your disposal. There is also a barbecue and an outdoors relaxing area.

The swimming pool is exclusively for the use of guests of Il Piratello; it is immersed in the green area of the villa, to help you relax and enjoy yourself.

Il Piratello is an old farmhouse, completely restructured while maintaining the style and the colours of the traditional villas.

The apartments have lovely ceilings rebuilt with chestnut beams and antique floor tiles completely made of cotto, embellishing the rustic style of the villa.

The structure of the villa is that of a typical countryside house. The house is furnished and finished in “Arte Povera” style.

By car:

• from A1 take the PERUGIA-BETTOLLE towards Perugia, after about 25 km take the exit for Tuoro sul Trasimeno. Follow the signs to PASSIGNANO-VERNAZZANO, turn towards VERNAZZANO (after about 1.5 km from the exit), cross the entire town until you see the sign IL PIRATELLO on your right.
• from the E45 towards PERUGIA-AREZZO; after PERUGIA follow on towards AREZZO and take the exit for Tuoro sul Trasimeno. Follow the signs to PASSIGNANO-VERNAZZANO, turn towards VERNAZZANO (after about 1.5 km from the exit), cross the entire town until you see the sign IL PIRATELLO on your right.

By train:

• FIRENZE-ROMA line: get off at the station of Terontola, then PERUGIA-TERONTOLA line: get off at the station of Tuoro sul Trasimeno.
