Enchanting oasis of relaxation, located between olive groves and vineyards, Il Poggio degli Olivi will be able to fascinate you with its exclusive atmosphere and its unique view on the surrounding Umbrian green hills: from Bettona and Perugia up to Assisi and Spello. The seventeenth century complex has been restored respecting the style of Umbrian residences of that period and it offers a hospitality which joins bon ton with the authenticity of the territorial traditions.

The olives groves are one of the most important territorial cultivations and their fruits produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil, a downright olive squeeze. The Poggio degli Olivi is a farm resort and produce best quality extra virgin olive oil directly from its olive groves made with a traditional method. Guests may taste and acquire it. And then walking inside our farm resort you can see the enclosures in wich the Cinta Senese Pork are breeded: the pork products that we obtain by these have an unmistakable smell and taste.

Throuhg the wood there are many paths and country lanes where it's possible cycling and walking. The outdoor amenities include swimming pool, tennis and fitness course.

The relais offers rooms and apartments in a quiet and green setting, typical of Umbrian hills. In armony with the style of the relais the rooms are named with a reference to territorial flowers and trees.

All rooms are with independent entrance, Tv, mini-bar, safe, hair-dryer, telephone, air conditioning and bathroom with hydro-massage. Each one is different regarding colours, fabrics and furniture.

The apartments, with a wonderul view at 500 metres from the central area, feature a living room and fully-equipped cooking area, tv, refrigerator and double rooms with a bathroom and shower. There are one, two and three-room apartments with a available barbecue in the garden.

At the Restaurant "La Veranda" the happy union between umbrian gastronomy and chef fantasy gives life to an excellent cooking, a perfect balance between tradition and contemporaneoussness...gusts and smells create a wonderful armony and find their exaltation in the meals:oil, Cinta Senese hams and salami, lentils, red potatoes and truffle...

Inside the main structure there is also a new tavern at the first floor called "DI VIN PORCELLO". It gives the possibility to taste fabulous dishes discovering the umbrian tradition with a different menù every evening.
