Travel information

By car

From either north or south, take the A3 Napoli - Salerno motorway, following the directions for the Costiera Amalfitana until the exit for Vietri sul Mare. Then follow state highway SS 163. You will pass through the towns of Vietri sul Mare, Cetara, Maiori and Minori before arriving in Amalfi. The Hotel is at Via Augustariccio, 33.

By train

From anywhere, arrive at the Salerno train station. From here, take the bus to Amalfi (the trip takes about 1 hour).

By plane

The closest airport to the Hotel is Naples Capodichino International Airport, which is 70 km from Amalfi. Bus departing from the Arrival terminal connect the airport to Naples, Salerno and Sorrento, and from there to Amalfi.

By sea

From Naples' Beverello Wharf, the pier in front of Castel Nuovo, from May to October, daily runs by boat to Amalfi (Metrò del Mare). From Salerno, fast ferries. Main companies: Cooperativa Sant'Andrea, Metrò del Mare and Alicost.

Il Saraceno Grand Hotel My daughters and i stayed at the Il Saraceno Grand Hotel for a very relaxing short break in June. Staff were always very attentive and caring, responding promptly to every guest need. Stunning, breathtaking views from our rooms. Excellent breakfast and a very good service provided.

Il Saraceno Grand Hotel This 5 star property has a beautiful pool and separate beach. Our stay was wonderful! The room was a bit dated but the property is one of the best in the Amalfi area. The restaurant was good. The hotel is a few miles from the town of Amalfi but they have a shuttle bus service for free. We will come back!

Il Saraceno Grand Hotel We had a wonderful holiday in the amalfitan coast. The hotel was fine, clean, well mainteined and with amazing sea views over the coast. Very tasty breakfast. Professional and accomodating staff. Clean and cozy rooms. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Il Saraceno Grand Hotel Hotel ideale per soggiorni di relax. Bella e curata la spiaggia privata. Ottimi i servizi e l'accoglienza da parte di tutto il personale. Buona e con molta varietá, la prima colazione. La nostra camera era luminosa, pulita, confortevole e con vista mare mozzafiato. Soggiorno indimenticabile!!!
