From Airport Marco Polo: Take public boat ALILAGUNA and get off at ZATTERE; exit straight on Rio Terrà Antonio Foscarini for 100 meters then right on Calle Nuova Santa Agnese and straight until you find a small bridge with Campo San Vio; cross the bridge, straight and take Calle della Chiesa, straight for 50 meters until you find a small bridge in your right with Restaurant Ai Gondolieri; cross the bridge, immediately right on Calle delle Mende door 531 after 30 meters.

From Train Station "Santa Lucia" or from Parking Car & Bus Terminal Piazzale Roma:

First possibility: Take public boat n° 82 or n° 1 (Grand Canal Direction) and get off at ACCADEMIA, exit left pass the public WC and turn right; after the bank BNL turn left on Calle Nuova Santa Agnese, walk straight until you find a small bridge with Campo San Vio; cross the bridge, straight and take Calle della Chiesa, straight for 50 meters until you find a small bridge in your right with Restaurant Ai Gondolieri; cross the bridge, immediately right on Calle delle Mende door 531 after 30 meters.
Second possibility: Take public boat n° 51 and get off at ZATTERE; exit right and cross the bridge (Pontelongo), after the bridge walk straight for 100 meters until you find a big white Church of Gesuati; after the church turn left on Rio Terrà Foscarini, straight for 100 meters then turn right on Calle Santa Agnese, walk straight until you find a small bridge with Campo San Vio; cross the bridge, straight and take Calle della Chiesa, straight for 50 meters until you find a small bridge in your right with Restaurant Ai Gondolieri; cross the bridge, immediately right on Calle delle Mende door 531 after 30 meters.

Locanda Ca' San Vio Ca'San Vio VERY close to the wonderful Peggy Guggenheim Museum! Great location, use Accadamia vap landing for high convenience. TINY room (even by Venice standards) and needs better (lower!) air-conditioning. But clean and friendly; breakfast left a bit to be desired. Would stay there again.
