The Locanda Milano, completely refurbished three-star family-run inn in Brunate is located near the cable car and just five Km away from the city of Como. It offers comfortable accommodation and excellent value for money.

The attention to detail and the warm hospitality of the inn are the benchmark for a quiet weekend or a relaxing break. It has private parking and provides a transfer service to and from the airport on request.

The Hotel offers 11 rooms, all with en-suite bathroom and equipped with modern facilities including TV and telephone. Some of our rooms have the balcony from where you have a marvelous view of the surroundings. The bathrooms are well furnished and equipped with shower, towels and hairdryer. The rooms have quite simple wooden furniture but at the same time it is very nice. The walls in a soft blue and yellow tone, give to the rooms a relaxing atmosphere.

The restaurant is famous for territory cuisine. It is possible to taste many wines of all Italy regions.

Locanda Milano 1873 Brunate is a beautiful town and the surroundings of the hotel is also very nice. The cable car is a very unique and interesting experience, though not convenient with big suitcases. The closest railway station is Como Nord, which you can walk along the lake for 200 meters to reach the cable car. Hotel will send you to the St. Giovani railway station (such as central station) at the cost of Euro15. St. Giovanni is the railway station connect to Milan Central. Breakfast is good with quite many choices.

Locanda Milano 1873 Für die Lage in den Bergen (Anfahrt über viele Serpentinen etwas beschwerlich) ist der Preis meiner Meinung nach etwas zu hoch. Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden. Kleines, sauberes und sehr freundlich geführtes Hotel.
