Travel information

By car: arrived in MILANO take the highway A8 VARESE / LAGHI / MALPENSA AIRPORT,  exit in BUSTO ARSIZIO / MALPENSA and following the indications MALPENSA/NOVARA. Overpass the two terminals (TERMINAL TWO and ONE) and get the exit OLEGGIO - BUSTO. On the roundabout turn right and immediately turn right again.  After 20 meters you will find us.

By bus: from "MILANO CENTRALE" train station, take the public bus "MALPENSA SHUTTLE" to Malpensa Airport, that leaves every 20 minutes, and come down at the Terminal 1 stopped.

By train: rom "MILANO CADORNA" train station, take the " MALPENSA EXPRESS"  train that leaves every 30 minutes and come down at the Terminal 1 stopped.

About the property Good hotel However I found the reception desk unwelcoming because of the glass window. It made me feel like the area was dangerous or something Also the Airport taxi refused to bring me, I had to go to another car, they took me but refused a receipt. I think it was not an official taxi. I have never known these two things at other European cities - I'm not happy about it In the morning I used the hotel shuttle, which was very good

About the property The hotel was a delightfully peaceful place to stay prior to our flight out the next morning. Enjoyed the walk to the little village about 1 mile down the road. Delightful luch on the Piazza and great view of the countryside. Dinner at the restuarant just about a block from the hotel was the best meal we had in the nine days we were in Lake Como.

About the property The address of this hotel is very hard for taxi drivers to find. Soundproofing is very poor, and positioning of rooms adjacent to car-park makes it hard to sleep before midnight. Very comfortable though.

About the property It was advertised that there is a restaurant within walking distance and also that there are other restaurants that they have made arrangements for transportation to. Well, that is all false. The restaurant next door was not open, and the only way to get to any other restaurants would be taking a taxi, which is very expensive. If I had known about the restaurant situation, I would definitely not have stayed at this hotel.

About the property The hotel grounds and room were just fine. The young man at reception was very friendly, spoke English well, and even made us a mini-panini the afternoon we arrived, as we had not had lunch. The problems were: We arrived by train, then bus, then taxi, and did not have a car. The only restaurant within walking distance (for dinner) was closed on Monday nights, and it was Monday night. They did recommend a restaurant 20 minutes away which sent a driver (free) to get us, but the restaurant was full of flies and the food was only so-so. The mattress on our bed was not good; much too soft. The hotel sign was set back behind a hedge, and our taxi driver drove right by it the first time. I would recommend a sign that is more obvious, as the location is kind of out in the middle of nowhere. The shuttle service to the Malpensa Airport was very handy and was on time getting us at 5:45 am. The morning receptionist was nice enough to make us a cappuccino, but wouldn't let us have any of the pastries that were laid out in the breakfast area because breakfast "didn't start until 6:30am." It seems to me that they should allow food to be dispensed on the same timetable as the shuttles. The room was nice, however, and was modern, neat and clean. I would recommend the hotel as long as it's not Monday.

About the property The hotel was just beautiful! We had to check out at 6 a.m. because of an early flight, however, when we discovered that our flight was cancelled and we were rebooked much later in the day, we returned to the hotel, enjoyed breakfast and were able to stay in our room until noon check-out. It really saved our day and we were very grateful to the hotel staff for permitting us this privilege. The restaurant next door was fantastic - don't miss it if you stay here!
