Mestre hotels near Ca' della Nave Golf Club

Ca' della Nave Golf Club was one of the first golf courses created in Italy in the late 80's by Arnold Palmer, the champion and designer of American golf courses. The Golf Club resembles Venice for the presence of several water hazards. Its grand opening was in 1988. The course is spread over an area of 75 acres in two tracks: a 18-hole course and an 'executive' course with 9 holes. There are large bunkers protecting the green between the vegetation and the lakes, while the green of the final hole opens into a natural amphitheater. The peculiarity of this course are water hazards, artificial lakes around 12 of the 18 holes. The club is located in the heart of Martellago in front of the church and can be reached from the exit Dolo-Venice on motorway A4 and from the bypass exit in Mestre, Via Castellana Mestre, towards Castelfranco Veneto.
