Orange Motel Hotel The room itself was very nice, complete with a shower/steam room combination, mini fridge, TV, and the LED lighting they advertise. It was quiet, private, and spacious. While we certainly enjoyed the room itself, we were most impressed with the service we received. The hotel appears to be run by a couple, and the husband and wife themselves attended to our every need. In fact, on the second night we stayed with them, it was raining, we were without a car or cell phone, and the restaurant next door was closed. Not only did he drive us into the town center in his own car, but he also picked us up from the restaurant at 9:30 sharp, when it was raining even harder, and took us back to the hotel without asking for any money (We tipped him anyways). He offered to take us to the airport at our convenience early in the morning, and even had breakfast waiting for us an hour earlier than they usually prepare it. The Orange Hotel went far and above any of the service that we received elsewhere in Europe.

Orange Motel Hotel The hotel was great, I was impressed that a shuttle service was supplied and this arrived shortly after we requested it. The actual room was very comfortable and well euipped and the bathroom was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and very accomadating and made every effort to ensure our stay was a pleasent one, which it was.

Orange Motel Hotel The hotel was not as close to the airport as I'd imagined and although we requested a wake-up call, it was never received. Still, the breakfast was generous and the bathroom more high tech than any I've ever stayed in.

Orange Motel Hotel It was a pleasant surprise for us after all the tough and tiring day we had earlier on. Though initially it looked like it was far far away from the Airport, it was quite an OK distance to go with. The hotel Manager was a nice guy as he offered few suggestions on how to go about reaching the Airport very early next morning. I would definitely go back to the hotel if I ever go back to Milan again. It's truly 5 star service for its price.

Orange Motel Hotel My only issue with the hotel is proximity to airport. It is not actually close to airport and getting the hotel bus was a major challenge. We thought it was a local airport hotel with a circulating pick-up bus. Be sure to keep the hotel telephone number handy and call them to pick you up. It can take up to 30 minutes for their bus. Alternately, take a taxi to hotel.. the hotel itself is lovely and the staff was very helpful

Orange Motel Hotel The Manager and his wife were very kind and ran me back to Milan Malpresso airport free of charge when I left. The onl other comment was that the shower was so modern, I couldn't operate the controls

Orange Motel Hotel This hotel is farther from the airport than we thought. The hotel decoration is not up to our taste either. The online pictures are not 100% accurate in our opinion. Although the staff there is very friendly and helpful and it has free pickup and drop-off to the airport.

Orange Motel Hotel The hotel is in a location where the guests would need a car to travel to stores and resturants. We did not have a car, which was okay because we only stayed one night. If we had stayed longer it would have been a problem. We thought the hotel was located in the middle of town.

Orange Motel Hotel We only stayed one night at this Hotel, en route from Malpensa Airport to the centre of Milan, but would certainly stay again and we would recommend it to anyone. The big plus was the free shuttle service that the Hotel offered which picked us up at the Airport and took us to the Hotel. The room was fabulous and the staff/service was excellent.

Orange Motel Hotel The mirrors on the ceiling were really, really wierd!!! The hotel is not 5 minutes away from airport and it was difficult getting picked up from airport as the Shuttle was an old guy in a car that spoke no English so we spent 1 1/2 hours at the airport trying to get to the hotel.

Orange Motel Hotel Extremely friendly and helpful owners. Our 8-hour flight brought us to Milan in the early hours of the morning but the hotel welcomed us into our room well before the official check-in time. The location is 40 minutes away from Milan city, but well connected by train. On the way to the station (a pleasant 12-15 minute walk) we encountered an Italinan-Pakistani cafe that served us the most delicious Arab-style kebab we have ever had (and my wife and I are experts on kebabs); on the way back from the station later that day we ate an excellent meal at a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Overall, we found that our brief stay at this hotel was a most pleasant experience. Highly recommended for exploring the nearby lake district, but one would need a car for such a venture (plenty of free parking in front of the hotel!).
