About the property The hotel was not as close to the airport as I'd imagined and although we requested a wake-up call, it was never received. Still, the breakfast was generous and the bathroom more high tech than any I've ever stayed in.

About the property It was a pleasant surprise for us after all the tough and tiring day we had earlier on. Though initially it looked like it was far far away from the Airport, it was quite an OK distance to go with. The hotel Manager was a nice guy as he offered few suggestions on how to go about reaching the Airport very early next morning. I would definitely go back to the hotel if I ever go back to Milan again. It's truly 5 star service for its price.

About the property My only issue with the hotel is proximity to airport. It is not actually close to airport and getting the hotel bus was a major challenge. We thought it was a local airport hotel with a circulating pick-up bus. Be sure to keep the hotel telephone number handy and call them to pick you up. It can take up to 30 minutes for their bus. Alternately, take a taxi to hotel.. the hotel itself is lovely and the staff was very helpful

About the property The Manager and his wife were very kind and ran me back to Milan Malpresso airport free of charge when I left. The onl other comment was that the shower was so modern, I couldn't operate the controls
